Accelerated BSN

The Accelerated BSN clinical nursing program is a full-time, 12-month upper-division clinical nursing program designed for students with a bachelor’s degree in another discipline who wish to become a Registered Nurse (RN) by completing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). First-bachelor’s degree seeking students who meet eligibility requirements may also be considered for the Accelerated BSN.


The Accelerated BSN starts twice per year:

Admission is competitive and space is limited.
Graduates are eligible to sit for the NCLEX-RN to gain licensure as a Registered Nurse.

  • Fall cohort –  West Valley campus: February 1
Postbaccalaureate students interested in the Accelerated BSN should also consider the Master of Science in Nursing (Entry to Nursing Practice Program).
